I acquired the property through inheritance, but have not been able to use it at all. I have never visited the site myself, so I do not know its latest condition.
It is in the Osawa/Koyodai subdivision in Nasu-Shiobara City, in an area apparently known as Vacation Land. Photos of the property are being prepared, and I am considering asking a real estate professional to identify the exact location and handle related matters.
I have consulted a real estate agency in the past, but was told that selling the land would be difficult. I would be happy to transfer it to someone who can make use of it. Thank you for your consideration.
