Until April of this year (Reiwa 7), my mother lived alone here, but it has become vacant after her move. There are still some belongings left, so immediate viewing is not possible, but the exterior can be viewed. The land is officially recorded as 233 tsubo, but since a stone wall has been built on the southwest side, which was originally a cliff, a re-survey will be conducted before the handover. The main house was built in 1968 (Showa 43) and is quite old, but the roof has been repainted, so there are no leaks, and I believe it is in a livable condition. An extension of about 60 square meters was added to the west side in 1993.
