An acquaintance of mine has worked in the Uonuma City Department of Surgery and Obstetrics for many years, but as he is old and has no one to take over, he has finally decided to close the clinic. The building is 42 years old, but it is still fully usable. Could someone use this building for some kind of facility, such as a winter sports facility? I have thought about it in various ways, but I would like to explore the possibility of selling it, taking into consideration the honest opinions of those who have seen the bulletin board.
It faces National Route 17. I would like to explore the possibility of using it as a relay hub for warehouses for distribution and transportation companies from Kanto to Niigata, and from Niigata to the Kanto region. This route is a mecca for mountain climbing and skiing. I would like someone to use this building. I do not really want to leave it as a vacant lot and use it as a scrap yard for demolition companies or industrial waste companies. I would like it to be converted into accommodation for use as a base for Nordic walking in the summer, mountain climbing, trail running, and ski resorts in the winter. 国道17号線に面しています。関東から新潟や、新潟から関東方面へ流通運輸業者の倉庫等の中継ハブとして活用の道を探りたいです。このルートは登山とスキーのメッカです。この建物を利用してくれる方を希望します。更地にして解体業者又は産廃業者のスクラップヤードとしての利用する方はあまり希望しません。夏場のノルデックウォーキング、登山、トレイルランニング、冬場のスキー場へのベースとして利用するための宿泊施設への転用などとしてお願いしたいのです。地元では下値で建物は計算に入れてません。
国道17号線沿い、JR上越線堀之内駅から徒歩4分、魚沼市のテクノスクール向かいです。越後三山が近く登山のメッカや、温泉も何カ所かあります。スキー場も何カ所かあります。ちょっと行けば越後湯沢です。東京からのアクセスも良い立地です。イマイチなところは解体を考慮した場合、その費用は結構かかります。
