Acquired last year as a second house or for investment purposes. Currently, there are some leftover items, and I haven't been able to visit recently. The building is quite old, and while there seems to be no signs of leaks or termite damage, there is some tilting. There is no parking available, but parking is possible if the fence in front of the house is removed. Some interior renovations have been done, and the toilet and bathroom have been remodeled into a unit bath. There is also a storage shed. I think this property would be interesting for those who enjoy DIY or are considering renovations.

It is located in a quiet residential area where moving by car is essential (within walking distance of Kashiwazaki Station), and it is also within walking distance to access the beach. Options for a second house, rental, or resale are also possible.
