My parents bought this land about 18 years ago as a farm to enjoy in their retirement. My father passed away 10 years ago, and my mother and I have been farming it together, but my mother's health has deteriorated, so I am farming it alone. I also have a job and only have Sundays off, so I have been farming once a week, but I can't go to the farm as often as I would like because I have to take care of my mother. The sandy soil is good for growing beans and potatoes. I have grown them without using pesticides as much as possible. I have onions, snap peas, and green peas planted now, so you can continue to grow them as they are. If there is anyone who wants to grow vegetables, I would like to give it to them. Thank you. I can take it over immediately. There are Saitame and Musashi nearby, so I can go and buy seeds and seedlings immediately if I need them. There is running water, and there is a super house to rest in, and a shed that my father made by hand. I will also give you the equipment and tiller I have so that I can start farming right away. There is also a utility pole next to it, so I think electricity can be installed immediately. Niigata Prefecture, located on the western coast of Honshu, offers a unique lifestyle characterized by its beautiful natural landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and strong agricultural traditions. Residents can enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing in the winter and hiking in the picturesque mountains during warmer months. The region is also famous for its high-quality rice, sake, and seafood, which contribute to a vibrant food culture. Finding affordable housing in Niigata can be less challenging compared to urban centers like Tokyo and Osaka. Traditional homes and apartments are available at reasonable prices, particularly in rural areas. While housing costs vary, you can often find spacious properties with gardens for a fraction of the price of equivalent homes in larger cities. In terms of quality of life, Niigata boasts a more relaxed pace, lower crime rates, and a strong sense of community. Those who appreciate a quieter lifestyle, away from the hustle of major metropolitan areas, will find Niigata appealing. Additionally, the cost of living is generally lower than in Tokyo or Kyoto, with more affordable public transportation options and everyday expenses. However, it’s worth noting that access to certain amenities and entertainment may be limited compared to larger cities. For those prioritizing a peaceful environment, affordability, and natural beauty, Niigata Prefecture can be an ideal choice for relocation.
