My parents bought this land about 18 years ago as a farm to enjoy in their retirement. My father passed away 10 years ago, and my mother and I have been farming it together, but my mother's health has deteriorated, so I am farming it alone. There is a construction company across the 両親が18年ほど前に老後の楽しみにと畑地として購入しました。10年前に父がなくなり母と私とで作って来ましたが母も体調が悪くなり私一人で作っています。私も仕事があり、日曜しか休みがないため、週イチで畑をしてきましたが、母親の世話などもあり思ったように畑に足を運ぶことができません。砂地で豆やイモ類がよく育つ土地です。なるべく農薬を使わずに育ててきました。今は玉ねぎとスナップエンドウ、グリンピースが植えてあるのでそのまま引き継いで作っていただけます。もし、自分も野菜が作りたいという方がありましたらお譲りしたいと思っています。宜しくお願い致します。すぐに引き渡しOKです。近くにサイタメや武蔵があるので種や苗がほしいときにはすぐに買いに行けます。水道も通っていますし休むためのスーパーハウスや父が手作りした小屋もあります。すぐに畑ができるよう持っている機材や耕運機もお譲りします。電柱も脇にあるので電気もすぐに引けると思います。お向かいに土建屋さんが入ってしまっているため、土や、いらない木材等おいてあるので周りの風景もよくありません。雑種地なので宅地にするのは難しいと思います。新潟都市計画にかかっています。
