Description

It is the former factory of xx company. 350m to the sea. It can tow boats, etc. It's a little leaking、、、、 < to the vault of Marine Sports> Width, height of the entrance. Also, please refer to the size of the main unit as it is listed in the photo. The owner (77 years old) next door keeps his 42-foot high-speed boat in a neighboring factory and is sometimes seconded from a nearby port. What I want to say is that the road to the sea is wide enough to tow a boat. There are currently no toilets. The water supply is drawn from the owner's house and factory next door. However, since the main pipes of both water supply and sewage are located on the front road, it is possible to renew the connection. There is a leak. As you can see from the image, this factory is a structural structure that looks like two factories were built side by side. It is a structure that collects rainwater in the valley where it sticks, but now there is pain in that area, and even a little rain can overflow. I think measures are needed here. The rest is just as it looks. ちにみに42フィートの高速ボートをお隣りのオーナー(77歳)は隣の工場に保管して、時々近くの港から出向しています。
何が言いたいかと申しますと、海までの道路はボートをけん引できるくらいの幅があります。

現在、トイレはありません。水道はお隣りにお住いのオーナーの自宅兼工場から引いています。ただし、上水・下水ともに本管が前面道路にありますので、接続を新たにすることは可能です。

雨漏りあります。画像でお分かりかと思いますが、こ工場は2つの工場を平行に並べて建築したような構造構造です。そのくっついた谷の部分に雨水が集まるような構造ですが、現在は、その部分に痛みがあり、少しの雨でもオーバーフローすることがあります。ここは対策が必要かと思います。
あとは、見た目の通りです。
骨組みはH鋼ががっちりと組まれていますので、雨漏りや穴の開いた壁面を修理すれば、かなりのレベルに復活するものと思われます。
