ちにみに４２フィートの高速ボートをお隣りのオーナー（７７歳）は隣の工場に保管して、時々近くの港から出向しています。
何が言いたいかと申しますと、海までの道路はボートをけん引できるくらいの幅があります。

現在、トイレはありません。水道はお隣りにお住いのオーナーの自宅兼工場から引いています。ただし、上水・下水ともに本管が前面道路にありますので、接続を新たにすることは可能です。

雨漏りあります。画像でお分かりかと思いますが、こ工場は２つの工場を平行に並べて建築したような構造構造です。そのくっついた谷の部分に雨水が集まるような構造ですが、現在は、その部分に痛みがあり、少しの雨でもオーバーフローすることがあります。ここは対策が必要かと思います。
あとは、見た目の通りです。
骨組みはH鋼ががっちりと組まれていますので、雨漏りや穴の開いた壁面を修理すれば、かなりのレベルに復活するものと思われます。
