There is a small general hospital in front of the condominium. The city hall is 10 minutes away, elementary and junior high schools are a 10-minute walk, the bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and there are two convenience stores within a 3-minute walk. The shopping street is a 5-minute walk, and a shopping center with McDonald's and other stores is an 8-minute walk. マンション前に小さい総合病院があります。市役所は10分、小中学校徒歩10分、バス停徒歩5分、徒歩コンビニは2ヶ所徒歩3分、商店街徒歩5分、マクドナルドなど入るショッピングセンター徒歩8分、業務用スーパー徒歩12分、今年オープンのスーパー徒歩6分、バンドやアーティストがライブに訪れたり、様々なイベントを開催するミュージックタウン音市場も徒歩5分の距離で老若男女問わず楽しんでいます。また、外国人で賑わう飲食店街がすぐそばにあり異国情緒もある大変便利の良い場所です。

大手管理会社が入っており、室内外の消防設備や排水溝、設備メンテは定期的に行われていますので安心です。また、管理会社の入っていないマンションとは違い、廊下のワックス掛け、掃除も行き届き、ゴミ捨て場も掃除されており手間がかかりません。
