This land was purchased in 1987 with the intention of building my own house someday. However, at that time, I was busy with work and it was far from my workplace (near my current residence in Chofu), so I thought I would build a designer house after retirement. I also considered that one of my children might use it to build a house someday. However, after retirement, family circumstances changed, and my children left Tokyo, making it zero possibility for them to build a house on this land. Considering property taxes and inheritance, I decided to sell it. However, the real estate agent judged it as land with no profitability and could not find a real estate agent willing to handle it. Therefore, I approached the neighbor to the west of the site about selling it, but they said they might consider purchasing part of it, but not all of it. However, if I subdivide it, it will become even more impossible to build a house, so I thought of using this site to find a buyer.

To actually build a house, I think a considerable amount of money will be required for retaining wall construction, but the view of the Ome Mountain Forest Park to the north is wonderful, and it may be suitable for thoseこの土地は、1987年にいずれ自分の家を建てたいと思い購入しました。しかし当時は仕事が忙しく勤務地（現住所の調布近辺）から遠いため、定年退職後に、デザイナーハウスでも建てようと思っていました。いずれ子供達の誰かが建てるために使うかもしれないとも考えておりました。しかし、定年退職後に家庭の事情が変わり、子供達も東京を離れこの土地に家を建てる可能性がゼロになり、固定資産税や相続を考え売却を決断しました。ところが不動産屋は買い手が見つかりそうもない、収益性のない土地と判断し取り扱ってくれる不動産屋が見つかりませんでした。そこで、敷地の西隣にお住いの方に売却を持ちかけましたが、一部の分筆購入なら考えても良いが、全部は無理とのことでした。しかしながら、分筆するとますます家を建てることは不可能になりますので、このサイトを利用して購入者を探そうと考えました。

実際に家を建築するためには、擁壁工事などに相当の金額がかかると思いますが、北側の青梅山林公園の眺望は素晴らしく、環境の良いところに住みたいとお考えの方には適しているかもしれません。また、アクセスも良く、東青梅駅から徒歩８分で、都心まで青梅特快で通勤されていた方もいるようです。価格は相談に応じ格安にするので、可能な限り早くご連絡頂けると嬉しいです。よろしくお願い致します。
