I own it by inheritance from my parents. I rented it out as a rented house, but as I moved out, I removed the upper item in 2019. I go to spray herbicides several times a year to prevent weeds from growing, but it is difficult to move from Osaka and I have no plans to move, so I decided to put it up for sale. We are considering transferring at the property tax standard amount of 650,000 yen, but we also accept discount negotiations. I have never lived there myself, so I don't know the details of the local climate, but there is a spring water area called "Hongan Shimizu Itoyo no Sato" a 1-minute walk from a place with abundant underground spring water. There is an irrigation canal behind the land (at the back of the land), and since it is an abundant land, it flows at any time without drying up. There is no inconvenience in living within walking distance of drugstores, supermarkets, home centers, city halls, etc., and I think the location conditions are good because you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a local city. I don't think there is a problem with a mini car, but I think the road in front is a little narrow if it is a large car. The road is about 2.5 meters wide, 2.7 meter親からの相続で所有しています。

Fukui, a tranquil prefecture located on the Sea of Japan coast, stands out as an attractive destination for those looking to immigrate to Japan due to its blend of rich cultural heritage, natural beauty, and affordability.
