It is recommended for those who want to live in a tourist area, love hot springs, and enjoy nature. The neighbors are all nice people. You can have a garden in the backyard. Every day, customers heading to Basho no Tsuji and the famous autumn foliage spot, Naruko Gorge, pass by in front of the house. There are also people who have moved in two houses down, and everyone enjoys moderate interaction.

Water, electricity, and gas are available. The toilet is a simple flush type that requires pumping. The bath is currently not in use, as I go to the hot spring for 100 yen. The power voltage was set to 40名湯の日帰り温泉施設が近くにあり、大変気に入り住んでおります。本人が高齢の為施設に移る準備をしております。駅まで徒歩1分の立地鳴子温泉中山平ですので、住民登録しますと名湯しんとろの湯の入湯料は一回100円で入れるのも嬉しいですね。観光地に住みたい、温泉が好き、自然が好き、そんな方におすすめです。ご近所さんもいい方ばかりです。裏庭には菜園ができます。最寄り駅より芭蕉の辻や紅葉の名所 鳴子峡などに行かれるお客さんが家の前を行き交う毎日です。2軒隣には移住された方も住んでおり、皆さん程よく交流を楽しんでおります。

水道電気ガスは利用可能です。トイレは汲み取りの簡易水洗となります。お風呂は現在使用しておらず、温泉を100円で行っています。しかしシャワーぐらいはあった方がいいと思いますので、ご希望でリフォームできます。入居は令和3年になります。その時にトイレ、障子、カーテン、勝手口ドア、階段てすり、階段電気をリフォームしました。電力の電圧を40kWにしました。老朽ケ所が有り、台所や廊下が補修が必要です。
