It is a 3-story steel frame building built in Showa 63 and 35 years old. There are more than 10 rooms, making it suitable for guesthouses. It is close to the port of Tenmaura and has a parking lot. Originally, it was intended for the purpose of a villa for all the brothers. I live at home in Tsu City and half of the month, and I am well managed and in good condition. The old house remains in the back. I think it can be used as a storeroom. The road in front of the property is car-open, but narrow.昭和63年、築35年の鉄骨造3階建てです。10部屋以上あり、民宿などに好適です。天満浦の港に近く、駐車場も完備しています。もともと兄弟一同の別荘目的でした。津市の自宅と月のうち半分ずつ生活していて、管理十分で程度良好です。裏に古い家屋が残ったままです。物置に使えるかと思います。物件前の道路は車通行可ですが、狭いです。
