It was built in September 61. In May 19, the LDK, entrance wallpaper, system kitchen, dressing room, and bathroom were renovated, and are currently in use as a residence. It is a corner room on the 4th floor of a 5-story building, so it is the most airy room with the least impact of moisture. I am visually impaired and need a guide dog, and due to work and physical circumstances, I had to move, so I started considering selling. I would like to buy it for those who are thinking of moving from city life to rural life, those who like leisure and sports in the sea and mountains, those who can properly follow the manners and morals of life, and those who want to live on remote islands. I would like to let it go by around 2019 at the earliest, or by 2021 or 2022 at the latest. The living room overlooks the sea. The front of the apartment is a sandy beach. The maritime fireworks that are launched at the summer festival every year can be enjoyed from the living room. The international triathlon tournament held every year is right in front of the start and finish venues, so you can enjoy it up close. Large supermarkets, home improvement stores, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, 昭和61年9月に建設です。平成19年5月にLDK、玄関の壁紙、システムキッチン、脱衣所、浴室をリフォームし、現在は住居として使用中です。5階建ての建物の4階の角部屋なので、湿気の影響が一番少ない風通しの良い部屋です。私は視覚障害者で盲導犬が必要になり、仕事や身体的な事情で、引っ越しをせざるを得ない状況となり売却の検討を始めました。都会暮らしから田舎暮らしへと移住を考えている方、海や山でのレジャーやスポーツが好きな方、暮らしのマナーやモラルをきちんと守れる方、離島暮らしを望んでいる方々に是非購入して頂きたいです。早くて2019年頃、遅くても2021年、2022年頃迄には手放したいと考えております。リビングルームからは海が見渡せます。マンション前が砂浜の海水浴場になっております。毎年夏祭りに打ち上がる海上花火は、リビングルーム内からでも楽しめます。毎年開催の国際トライアスロン大会はスタート・ゴール会場も目の前なので間近で楽しめます。大型スーパーマーケットやホームセンター、コンビニや薬局、飲食店街やアミューズメント施設、役所や銀行、日曜祝日も外来営業している病院などが、1km圏内に全て揃っており、島では一番良い立地条件だと思います。冬季は台風並みの潮風が吹き付ける為、外壁やガラス・自動車のボディに塩害を受け易い点がイマイチなポイントです。自動車はこまめに洗車する事をおススメします。
