I bought this property to make a private lodging for the world heritage site of Sado's gold mine, but I couldn't get around to it because of COVID and the renovation of other properties. I thought it would be best to give it to someone while it's still in usable condition, so I decided to sell it. It is also possible to rent it with transfer rights. If you move to Sado, the city will subsidize up to 20,000 yen per month if your rent is 40,000 yen. I will transfer it for 12 months of rent and 20,000 yen. I think you will also need to renovate, so I think you can reduce your upfront investment as much as possible. The Sado Magistrate's Office and Kitazawa Flotation Plant are right in front of you. The downside is that it is a pit toilet. Maybe Sado is all about pit toilets. There is no parking lot, but you can park on the street as much as you want. See the 10th photo.
