Description

This is land that my mother used for her home garden. Several decades ago, she asked me to buy the neighboring land, so I purchased it. Currently, my mother has entered a facility, and the family home has become vacant. The neighboring land I bought has not been managed at all and is overgrown with weeds and brush. I live far away and cannot manage it, so I am willing to transfer it to someone who can utilize it. I have no particular hopes regarding the sale. I am open to negotiations on the price and other terms.

This is a residential area developed from forest land about 40 years ago, and there are a few houses nearby. There is no running water (it is a water supply area, and nearby residents have connections. By the way, the family home used well water). No gas (it will be propane), and no electricity (the family home has regular service from Tokyo Electric Power). It is a 5-minute drive or a 37-minute walk from Hinata Station, a 9-minute drive from Yachimata Station, and a 21-minute walk to Yax and Komeri.

現在(2025年11月末)、業者に残置物の回収、抜根を依頼しており、残置物の回収は12月中、抜根は2026年1月中に終わる予定です。その後、定期的に草刈り年2回依頼し土地を管理していこうと思います。土地がきれいにになったら写真を新しく撮り直して掲載文も修正しますのでそれまでお待ち下さい。質問のある方は受け付けます。気軽にコメントをして下さい。
