This is a lot for a vacation home. I bought it from an acquaintance with the dream of building a holiday house in Hokkaido, but unfortunately I had to give up due to the recent COVID-19 situation.

I have never actually visited the site, but it is a villa area managed by Daiwa House, and I believe it is well maintained. From what I can see on Google Maps it appears to be forested, so tree clearing will be necessary. Other building conditions are set by the villa area's management regulations; please contact me for details.

The annual management fee is ¥39,600 (tax included), and property tax is exempt. There are no miscellaneous fees for changing the registered owner. There are no other costs for maintaining the land. It appears the Shikabe Town water supply has been piped to the lot. Gas is provided by propane.

実際現地に行ったことはありませんが、大和ハウスが管理している別荘地でありしっかりと管理されていると思います。グーグルマップで見る限りでは山林ですので、木の伐採が必要です。その他別荘地内の管理規定によって建築条件等が定められていますので、ご連絡頂ければ詳細をお伝えします。

年間管理費は39,600円(税込み)、固定資産税は非課税です。名義変更時の諸費用は発生しません。その他土地の維持にかかる費用はありません。鹿部町営水道を敷地内配管済みのようです。ガスはプロパンになります。
