The sea is right in front of you, and all rooms have an ocean view, so you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. We purchased an old property three years ago, and originally had two buildings, but we demolished one and built a wood deck, and fully renovated the other (4-story). Exterior wall painting, exterior wall waterproofing, roof waterproofing, complete interior work, wood deck work, dog run work, etc. Since the construction was completed in June 2023, we have only used it 2-3 times with employees, so it is in good condition. We used it as a company retreat, but because it is far away, our employees were unable to go to Shodoshima, so we decided to sell it. There is an owner's room on the first floor, with a 15-tatami bedroom, an 8-tatami dining room, a shower room, and a toilet. There is a shared bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 2 sinks, and 2 washing machines on the first floor. The layout of the second and third floors is the same, with a 12-tatami living room and a 15-tatami Western-style room, but there is no kitchen, bathroom, or shower room. The toilets on the second and third floors are located on the landing of the stairs. There is currently nothing on the roof of the fourth floor.目の前が海で全室がオーシャンビューになっており綺麗なサンセットが眺められます。3年前に築古の物件を購入し、当初2棟建っておりましたが、1棟を解体してウッドデッキを作り、もう1棟（4階建）をフルリノベーションしました。外壁塗装、外壁防水、屋上防水、内装工事一式、ウッドデッキ工事、ドックラン工事などです。令和5年6月に工事が完了してから2～3度、従業員を連れて利用した程度で綺麗な状態です。会社の保養所として利用しましたが、遠方の為、従業員等が中々小豆島に行けない事の結果となり売却する運びとなりました。1階にはオーナーズルームがあり、15帖の寝室と8帖のダイニング、シャワー室、トイレがあります。1階には別で共同浴室、シャワー室×2、洗面台×2、洗濯機×2があります。2階、3階の間取りは同じで12帖のリビング、15帖の洋室がありますがキッチンは設置しておりませんし、浴室とシャワールームもございません。また、2階、3階のトイレにつきましては階段踊り場部分にございます。4階は屋上で現在は何も設置しておりません。1階表には約75㎡のウッドデッキが置き型プール（4.5m×2.2m）を埋め込み式に設置しており、BBQが出来るスペース（屋根付き）も確保しております。ドックランと駐車スペースがありますが止め方次第で5～6台駐車出来ます。海では海水浴、マリンスポーツも可能です。（プライベートビーチと言っても過言ではありません）ウッドデッキで夕日を眺めてBBQが楽しめて、プールは子供連れの方には大変良いかと思います。夜は星が綺麗で都会では味わえないほどの星屑が見れます。物件にもライトアップが出来てとても綺麗です。家具（各室テレビ、ベッド、ソファー、冷蔵庫等）、洗濯機、草刈機、BBQセット一式、プールに関する備品などはお譲りしますので手ぶらで宿泊出来ます。不便な所は近くに飲食店、スーパー、コンビニ等が無く、どれも車で20分ほどかかります。物件にご興味ある方は事前に連絡頂ければ内覧も可能です。小豆島はフェリーでしか行けませんので時間と交通費はかかります。
