It is a two-story reinforced concrete building built in Showa 50. It seems that the first floor was used as a cram school until about 10 years ago. After that, it seems that nearby relatives were able to pass through the wind.

Because it is far from home, it is not well maintained, and I would like to sell it to someone who will use it before it deteriorates further.
