Within walking distance to the beautiful white sand sea, I enjoyed it as a summer beach house for 30 years. The hustle and bustle of small children comes back to life. Since it is adjacent to the Imperial Residence, public security is well maintained, and it is a rare property that is difficult to obtain at the following price. It is a 3-minute walk to Tokai Bus Stop and a 10-minute walk to Shimoda Station. There is a large Tokyu store in front of the station, and it is not inconvenient to live, and it is a 15-minute shuttle bus from the station to the secret Kannon Onsen in Izu, and you can be healed by the finest hot springs. The daffodil Tsumekizaki and the beautiful palace Kujukuhama (pictured) are within walking distance. The villa development company was伊豆下田市、須崎御用邸に隣接する海抜50m、100坪の旧別荘地です。美しい白浜の海まで徒歩圏内、夏の海の家として30年間楽しみました。小さな子供達の喧騒が蘇ってきます。御用邸に隣接しているため公共警備が行き届き、この安心安全を下記価格で入手できるのは得難く希少物件です。東海バス停まで徒歩3分、10分で下田駅です。駅前には大きな東急ストアがあり、暮らすには何不自由ない上、伊豆の秘湯観音温泉まで駅発の送迎バスで15分、極上の温泉で癒されます。水仙の爪木崎や美しい御用邸の九十九浜（写真）は徒歩圏内です。澄んだ海と色とりどりの花に囲まれて過ごす終の週末の海の家、安息の棲家を建てみませんか。早朝6時半の伊豆急下田駅発で8時45分には都心オフィス着です。伊豆急特急、新幹線で2時間弱です。別荘開発会社は開発時40年以上前、売却後倒産をしたため自治会の自主管理です。名義変更料はかかりません。ライフラインの内、電気は東京電力で引き込まれています。水道は下田市、ガスはプロパンです。小屋サイズのため、登記は要りませんでした。基礎工事なしで既に30年ほど経ちましたが地盤がしっかりしているため臨時的に手直しをして使うこともできますがお勧めしません。爪木崎（徒歩で行ける）半島のご来光で新年を迎えるとひと月足らずで河津の桜が春を知らせてくれます。6月初旬伊豆南端はもう初夏、9月まで海水浴、秋になると温泉へと1年中来客が絶えません。せひ広めのリビングとゲストルームを造って下さい。信頼できる工務店と良心的な大工さんを紹介します。
