This is a villa lot my father purchased over 30 years ago and which I inherited. It has been left unattended since purchase and is currently overgrown with wild trees and shrubs. I have no use for it, so I am offering it to someone who wants it.

The site is a villa area in Shinano Town, Nagano Prefecture, about 2.5 km from Kurohime Station. It is located about 100 m off a public road on the east side of the villa area, and the north side (approx. 25 m) borders a 4.1 m road within the villa area. The south side adjoins an unpaved private road leading to the Chubu Electric Power Torii River No. 4 Power Plant. The lot is rectangular, approximately 25 m east–west by 50 m north–south; the south side is slightly sloped, while the rest is flat. Villas are scattered around the area and there appear to be some full‑time residents. Living there should be fine if you have a car. The area is a tourist destination and is suitable for people who enjoy mountains, skiing, and snowboarding. Lake Nojiri, Mt. Myoko, Madarao, Togakushi, Shiga Kogen, Zenko‑ji Temple, Hakuba, and the Sea of Japan are all reachable by car in about one hour. 場所は長野県信濃町の別荘地で黒姫駅から約2.5Kmです。別荘地東の公道から100m程入った土地で北側25mが別荘地の4.1m道路に隣接しています。南側は中部電力の鳥居川第四発電所に通じる未舗装の私道に隣接しています。土地の形は東西約25m、南北約50mの長方形で南側は若干斜面になっていますが他は平坦です。周辺は別荘が点在しており、定住者もいる様です。車があれば暮らすには問題ないでしょう。周辺は観光地であり山やスキー、スノボが好きな方には向いていると思います。野尻湖、妙高、斑尾、戸隠、志賀高原、善光寺、白馬、日本海等車で1時間程度で行くことができます。上信越道信濃町インターまでは車で10分以内です。但し、雪深い土地ですので雪が苦手な人には向いていません。4月上旬に現地に行ってみましたが、道路にはありませんでしたが別荘地にはまだ雪がありました。

固定資産税として1年に9,100円かかります。別荘を建てた場合は別荘管理費等もかかると思います。なお、この土地を購入した時の三斜丈量図という図面がありますのでコピーをお渡しします。
