I purchased this as a vacation home about six years ago. At that time I carried out renovations including room cleaning, installation of an air conditioner, replacement of tatami mats, lighting, and window screens, inspection and pipe replacement for the water heater, installation of curtain rails, and DIY replacement of fusuma (sliding paper doors). I used the unit roughly once every two weeks, but because my child was studying for entrance exams we stopped going frequently and now use it about once every two months. I have decided to sell.

The room has good views of both the sea and the river. It is a 3-minute walk to the sea. The unit faces south and receives plenty of sunlight, so despite being on the seaside it does not develop mold. Parking is free. The balcony has a drainage outlet (installed in every other unit), making it easy to clean. There are many pigeons, so I recently put up netting. Maintenance fees are among the lowest of the resort condominiums in Kujukuri. The property is all-electric, so there are no gas bills. If you do not want any of the remaining items, I will dispose of everything.

約6年前に別荘として購入しました。その際、ルームクリーニング、エアコン、畳、照明、網戸交換、温水器の点検とパイプ交換、カーテンレール設置、襖DIY張り替えなどのリフォームをしました。2週間に一度ほど利用していましたが、子供が受験の為あまり行かなくなったので現在は2ヶ月に1回程利用しています。手放すことを決めました。

部屋から海と川が見え眺望が良いです。海まで徒歩3分です。部屋が南向きで日当たりが良いので海前にも関わらず部屋がカビないです。駐車場が無料です。ベランダに排水溝がついてる部屋(1部屋おきに設置)なので、掃除がしやすいです。ハトが多いので最近ネットを張りました。維持費が九十九里のリゾマンの中でも最安値に近いです。オール電化の為、ガス代はかかりません。残置物不要であれば、当方ですべて処分いたします。

現在も利用していますが、年内であれば、買主さまの希望時期にあわせます。自宅から遠いので、メールなどで詳細打ち合わせをしてから内覧をお願い致します。格安です。早い者勝ちです。
