My family is moving closer to my home in Kanagawa Prefecture, and I am looking for someone to take over this house that I have cherished. The property includes over 1,300 square meters of residential land (three buildings: main house, office, and warehouse) and approximately 1,800 square meters of adjacent farmland. The main house is a 9LDK traditional Japanese-style building made with abundant natural wood, featuring a spacious layout. The office and warehouse can be used for telework, as a garage, or for storing farming tools. The garden has a home vegetable garden and well water. There is no sewer system, so a combined septic tank (updated a few years ago with city assistance) is in use. Currently occupied, with plans to vacate after purchase.家族が神奈川県内にある私の自宅近くへ住み替えることになり、これまで大切にしてきたこの家を引き継いでくださる方を探しています。1300㎡強の宅地（母屋・事務所・倉庫の3棟）と隣接の農地約1,800㎡。9LDKの母屋は無垢材多用の和風建築で、ゆったりした間取り。事務所・倉庫はテレワークやガレージ、農具置き場等に利用可。庭には家庭菜園・井戸水あり。下水なしのため合併浄化槽（市補助で数年前に更新）を使用。現状居住中、購入後退去予定。

An old traditional house in the popular Ukusu Tsukihara area. It still seems livable. Since there is no parking space, part of the block wall in front will be dismantled to create a parking space. ＜昭和の家ですが、、、＞
ボチボチ６０年を経過する家ですが、内臓は生まれ変わっています。例えば、浄化槽。地面から顔を出していた見るからに古い浄化槽は最新（合併タイプ）に入れ替わっています。　サッシの色を見てください。この色が昭和３０年代にある訳がありません。シングルガラスではありますが、間違えなく過去にリフォームされています。そうそう、雨戸は断熱材入りのものが使用されていました。
さらにさらに、浴室もピンクのユニットバスに入れ替えられています。ズバリ、清潔です。
基本的な部分に昭和を残しながら脱昭和のリフォームがされている平屋です。
＜もう一部屋欲しい？＞
そうですね。こればかりは何ともできません。
でも、言い訳になってしまいますが、広縁が本当に広いのでここをリビング的な使い方ができています。そして、オーナーの手作りとのことですが、広縁外にある屋根付きデッキがいい感じで同じ空間を広げています。部屋数よりも大きな空間を感じる物件です。
＜海望む＞
天気予報に反して撮影日には曇ってしまいました。海も見えませんでした。　本当に残念ですが、ここは現地見学の楽しみに取っておいてください。
見えないと思っていた海が見えるともっと感動しますよ。
＜段々畑＞
海に向かって土地は下がっています。おかげて海を広縁から望むことができるわけです。で、その段々畑のサイズは写真で良ーくご覧ください。現オーナーは基本的に別荘利用でしたので、このサイズは大満足だったようですが、あなたには大きすぎ？小さ過ぎ？
＜総合＞
前面道路から同じ高さで、海に向かって敷地が下がっていることにより海の眺望が確保できる。これこそ私が理想としている土地の形状です。
今の家は築６０年を経過しようとしています。場合によっては、しばらく利用したのちに建て替えてもいいかも知れませんね。二階建てにでもしたら、展望台のような眺望が期待できそうです。
