This property is close to the location where the movie "Chihiro-san" was filmed, and has a tasteful old-style house-like exterior with a gabled roof. It is a two-story wooden building with a floor plan of 5K. The floor plan has a dirt floor, which is popular among families with children, and is spacious and gives the impression of being very comfortable to live in. The building itself has been damaged by flooding during a typhoon, so renovations including seismic reinforcement are necessary. There is no parking lot, but it is on a bus line and there is a bus stop nearby, so you will not have any trouble getting around. It is also an easy-to-live-in environment, with an elementary school about 400m away, a junior high school about 600m away, a supermarket about 500m away, a park about 500m away, and convenience stores scattered around. You can reach the coast in about 5 minutes on foot, and the coastline is well maintained, so you can enjoy the luxury of walking or running while looking at Mt. Fuji. Ogawa Port is also nearby, so you can live while fully experiencing the port town of Yaizu. Yaizu City is home to Yaizu Station and Nishi-Yaizu Station on the Tokaido Main Line, as well映画「ちひろさん」のロケ地からほど近い物件で、切妻屋根が特徴の古民家風の味のある外観です。木造2階建てで間取りは5K。子育て世帯に人気の土間のある間取りで、広さも申し分なく、とても快適に生活できそうなイメージです。以前、台風時の浸水被害を受け、建物自体の傷みがあるため、耐震補強を含めた改修が必要になります。駐車場はありませんが、バスの沿線にあり、近くにバス停があるため移動に困ることはありません。小学校へ約400m、中学校へ約600m、スーパーへ約500m、公園へ約500m、コンビニも点在しているという暮らしやすい環境でもあります。徒歩約5分で海岸へ出ることができ、海岸線はほどよく整備されているため、富士山を見ながらの散歩、ランニングといった贅沢な時間を堪能できます。小川港も近く、港町・焼津を存分に感じながら生活できます。焼津市は、東海道本線焼津駅や西焼津駅、東名高速道路焼津ICがあり、東京や名古屋へアクセスしやすいため、リモートワークや二地域居住にも最適。焼津市立総合病院をはじめ、総合病院は3つあり、子育てや医療のサポートも充実している安心の地域です。市内8ヶ所に設置されている子育て支援センターは、未就園児の親子が無料で利用でき、子育てに関する相談や交流の場になっています。

It is an idyllic area surrounded by fields and rice fields.
You can hear the pleasant sound of the waterway.
Since it is a place that enters from the prefectural road, there is not much traffic on the front road.
It is a property near the railroad tracks, but I couldn't hear the high-pitched and disgusting brake sound because the track is straight.
Let's go on an adventure
There is a fun passage on the mountain side.
I don't think cars will pass by (although the car was shown in Street View...) It is a fun passage for children to find and explore insects.
You can also go shopping on foot from this road without using the prefectural road.
What about renting...?
Rental houses (renting detached houses, not apartments) are in demand.
However, the fact that the toilet is Japanese-style is unpopular, so if you renovate this place, there will be demand. (I wonder if the rent of 50どの町にもある、誰しもが見たことある、あの家です。
正式な住所は「柏久保」ですが、地元民からするとここは「牧之郷」です。
さて、今回はどこの町にもある、日本人なら一度は見たこともある。そんな家を取材しました。
懐かしく思う方も少なくないと思います。
地域
畑や田んぼに囲まれたのどかな地域です。
心地よい水路の音が聞こえてきます。
県道から一本入った場所なので、前面道路の交通量もあまり多くはありません。
線路近くの物件ですが、線路が直線のため甲高い嫌なブレーキ音は聞こえてきませんでした。
さぁ、冒険に出かけよう
山側に楽しい通路があります。
車が通らないと思うので(ストリートビューには車が映っていましたが…)子供が虫探しや探検にするには楽しい通路となっています。
県道を使わずに、こちらの道から歩いて買い物にも行けます。
賃貸は・・・?
貸家(アパートではなく戸建ての賃貸)は需要があります。
が、トイレが和式というのは不人気のためここをリフォームすれば需要はありそうです。(賃料5万円はちょっと厳しいかな・・・)
