I fell in love with the environment of Omaezaki and acquired this property in 2023 to use as a vacation home, but due to work circumstances, I hardly had the opportunity to use it, so I decided to sell it. It is a large 3LDK + store. Although it was built in 1992, it has been vacant for about 2 years, so some repairs are needed for part of the exterior wall, the shutter, and the wet veranda on the first floor. I considered selling it after repairs, but I think it can be fixed at a low cost by someone who can do some DIY, so I decided to sell it as is.

The house can be sufficiently used by repairing a few places, but the selling price is set lower than the surrounding land prices and assessed values (meaning below land value). There is parking space for 2 to 3 regular cars. There is a store space on the first floor that can be used for various purposes, and there is a room of about 3 tatami mats in the basement. The land is just over 100 tsubo, and I think the desired price is approximately equal to the land value.
御前崎の環境に惚れ込んで別荘にしようと令和5年に取得しましたが、仕事の都合で殆ど使う機会がなく、売却することにしました。大型3LDK+店舗です。平成4年築ですが、2年程度空き家だったので、外壁の一部、シャッターと1階の濡れ縁の補修が必要になります。修繕後の売却も考えましたが、ある程度DIYができる方なら安価になおせると思うので、現況での売却としました。

This is a Japanese-style building and workshop that resembles a temple. The details of each component are explained on YouTube. It is located one block in from National Route 135, in a former joinery shop that serves as both a residence and workshop. The location is about a 4-minute drive from Izukogen Station, which is quite rare in Izukogen as it is not in a resort area but in a residential area. The parking space is spacious enough to accommodate more than five cars if parked well. First, looking at the residence... There are 8 rooms, and the volume of the building is very large, but what is even more surprising is the quality of the materials. You can see that each ceiling, pillar, and floor material has been carefully crafted. What impressed me the most was the smoothness of the fusuma (sliding doors). It was a feeling I had never experienced before (I can't quite put it into words...). The details of the materials and the smooth movement of the fusuma are explained in a YouTube video with the owner, so please take a look. Next is the workshop. There is a reinforced concrete section under the residence. It is a very spacious area, and since it has windows, the air can circulatまるでお寺のような和風建築兼作業所です。各部材のこだわり等はYouTubeにて解説しています。
国道135号線から1本内側に入った位置にある元建具屋さんの居宅兼作業所です。
伊豆高原駅まで車で約4分という立地、別荘地ではなく住宅地という点も伊豆高原ではなかなか珍しいかもしれません。
駐車スペースは上手く停めていけば5台以上余裕な広さです。
まず、居宅から見ていきますと、、、
8部屋と建物のボリュームがとても大きいのですが、それ以上に驚かされるのが【部材の良さ】です。
天井や柱、床材の一つ一つにこだわって造られていることが分かります。
特に私が感動したのは【襖のスルスル感】です。
今まで体感したことのない感じでした。(上手く言葉に出来ませんが…)
各部材のこだわり、襖がスルスルと動く様子についてはYouTube動画にてオーナー様と一緒に解説していますので、ぜひ一度ご覧ください。
次に作業所です。
居宅の下に鉄筋コンクリート造の部分があります。
とても広い空間で、しかも窓付きですので空気もしっかりと抜けますね。
その横、敷地の一番奥側には木造2階建ての作業所があります。
こちらも人が出入りして作業するには十分な状態だと思います。
本物件についてはレポートでは表現しきれない良さが随所に見受けられますので、まずはYouTube動画で驚いていただき、現地を実際にご確認いただいて更に驚いていただけると思います。
上手く表現することが出来ませんが、それくらい質と格の高い【まるでお寺のような物件】です。
