The house and land were inherited from my aunt to my father, who added a separate house for retirement. The inherited house has been renovated except for one room, but my father still cannot leave the familiar land, so both properties are unused, and we decided to sell if there is a good buyer.

The renovated house is a single-story, warm wooden structure facing south, while the two-story steel-framed house is newly built using timber from the forest my father cultivated and is also unused. The two-story house was built in the garden of the square-shaped land, so I would like to sell them together.
