The house and land were inherited from my aunt to my father, who added a separate house for retirement. The inherited house has been renovated except for one room, but my father still cannot leave the familiar land, so both properties are unused, and we decided to sell if there is a good buyer.

There is a narrow path that may barely allow a light vehicle to reach the gate, but it has mostly been used for access by bicycle and on foot, except for a few occasions. 伯母から父が譲り受けた住宅と宅地に父がリタイヤ用に別宅を追加しました。譲り受けた住宅も同時に1部屋を除いてリフォームをしましたが、今も自分の住み慣れた土地を離れられず、両方共未使用ですが良い方がいれば売ることにしました。

リフォーム済みの家は平屋で南向きの温かい木造、鉄骨二階建ては父が育てた森林の木材を使用し新築して未使用です。四角い土地の庭にその二階建てを建てたのでまとめて売りたいと思います。給湯器、浴槽、キッチン、洗面台、冷暖房システム、その他も未使用です。リフォームした平屋は床の一部などの追加リフォームが必要です。土地の特性で台風の風当たりも弱いです。

いつでも売れる状態です。軽自動車がぎりぎりで門まで来られるかどうかの小道がありますが、これまでは数回以外は自転車と歩行のみのアクセスに使用されていました。土地内に車庫を造っていないので、家の手入れ時は南側の広い空き地に駐車するか小道に併設された駐車場を借りています。
