The house and land were inherited from my aunt to my father, who added a separate house for retirement. The inherited house has been renovated except for one room, but my father still cannot leave the land he is familiar with, so both properties are unused, and we decided to sell if there is a good buyer.

The renovated house is a single-story, warm wooden structure facing south, while the two-story steel frame house was newly built using timber from the forest my father cultivated and is also unused. Since the two-story house was built in the square garden of the land, we would like to sell them together. The water heater, bathtub, kitchen, washbasin, heating and cooling system, and other items are also unused. The renovated single-story house requires additional renovations, such as parts of the flooring. Due to the characteristics of the land, it is also less affected by typhoon winds. During my aunt's time, it was a Japanese garden, but there are some shrubs that have grown and been cut down, while others remain, and I believe it can be made into a beautiful garden with some effort.

伯母から父が譲り受けた住宅と宅地に父がリタイヤ用に別宅を追加しました。譲り受けた住宅も同時に1部屋を除いてリフォームをしましたが、今も自分の住み慣れた土地を離れられず、両方共未使用ですが良い方がいれば売ることにしました。

リフォーム済みの家は平屋で南向きの温かい木造、鉄骨二階建ては父が育てた森林の木材を使用し新築して未使用です。四角い土地の庭にその二階建てを建てたのでまとめて売りたいと思います。給湯器、浴槽、キッチン、洗面台、冷暖房システム、その他も未使用です。リフォームした平屋は床の一部などの追加リフォームが必要です。土地の特性で台風の風当たりも弱いです。伯母の時代は日本庭園にしていましたが低木が成長したものを伐採したものもあれば、残しているものもありますが、手を加えれば美しい庭にできると思います。

いつでも売れる状態です。軽自動車がぎりぎりで門まで来られるかどうかの小道がありますが、これまでは数回以外は自転車と歩行のみのアクセスに使用されていました。これは法律上道路の範疇には入らないそうです。土地内に車庫を造っていないので、私達が家の手入れに行く時は南側の広い空き地に駐車するか前述の小道に併設された駐車場を借りるかしています。駐車場は青果市場の所有なので許可を得ることをお勧めします。農協、スーパー、飲食店、ガソリンスタンド、病院などが徒歩圏にあります。
