As for the interior, almost all of the interior decorations (fittings, fixtures) are uniform, and it is roughly as s淡路島の淡路市と洲本市のちょうど間にあり、東海岸に面した一室です。シェアでの権利物件となりますが、年間の利用日数は無制限です。利用の際は専用のコンシェルジュがつきますので、コンシェルジュにメール1本で宿泊、滞在の段取りをしてくれます。以前は完全に無料でしたが、物価高の影響で1泊1,000円の利用料が発生するようになりました。利用者は所有者に限定されず、家族、知人、はたまた赤の他人まで所有者が予約さえすれば誰でも利用可能です。この点は非常に良い点です。会社の保養所などの利用もできるかと思います。別荘と違い、管理は会社がやってくれます、掃除もです。近年、淡路島の宿泊施設の料金はどんな安旅館でも1万2千円以上するようになりました。淡路島に年間2、3回滞在するような方は知人にも貸せますので、かなり使い勝手が良い物件です。固定の部屋の売買ではありません（利用毎に部屋が異なります）。内装に関しては、ほぼ全て一律の内装(建具、備品)で、おおよそ掲載写真通りとなります。盆、正月、GWの利用は通常とは異なります。プールや大浴場は無料です。カラオケルームや食事も利用できますが、料金は発生します。全室オーシャンビューです。駐車場も完備してます(EV対応あり)、地上10階、地下1階の6階の1室です。興味を持たれた方はご連絡ください。
