I bought this property with the idea that one day I would like to spend time near the sea, and I have carried out repeated renovations. However, because it is far from my current residence and I have become very busy, I have hardly used it and have decided to part with it.

The property was originally a minshuku (guesthouse) that I purchased. Part of the land is leased from a nearby fisheries cooperative for an annual fee of ¥48,000, and I have been told the next owner can enter into the same arrangement. A few items remain on the premises — such as a sofa, bookshelves, a refrigerator and surfboards — and I can leave these for the new owner if desired. There are many rooms; some rooms have already been refurbished (including floor replacement). The building footprint is about 100 tsubo (approx. 330 m²), and because it does not adjoin neighboring houses it can be used without worrying about close neighbors.

I am also open to exchanging this property for another property in the Mikawa area if the owner of such a property is interested.
