I am self-employed in architecture. Both properties are very old, but they have been expanded and renovated with only the foundation, foundation, pillars, and roof tiles. We do not have restaurants. This is a space for personal use only. The two houses with black exterior walls and silver exteriors are this property. I owned the silver exterior wall building on the left, and then bought the building next door and connected it inside. Therefore, there are two entrances. There are also two other entrances.

I am thinking of it as a rental property, but depending on the price, it can be sold. Since it is along the promenade, you will need to rent a nearby parking lot.
自分は建築の仕事を自営してます。2軒共とても古い物件ですが、基礎と土台、柱、屋根瓦のみして増改築をしました。とても愛着のある物件ですので大切に使って頂ける方にお譲りを考えています。高岡市の古城公園の遊歩道沿いに建っている別荘です。息子夫婦に貸していましたが、昨年2024年末に新築し退去したので今は誰も使用してません。

カウンター席で会食出来るスペースは、右側の2階です。コロナの時期に取引先の方々を招き会食接待をする目的で作りました。飲食店はしておりません。あくまでも個人的な使用の為のスペースです。黒外壁とシルバーの外部の二軒が今回の物件です。左のシルバー外壁建物を所有、その後お隣の建物を購入し、中で繋ぎました。そのため、玄関は2ヶ所あります。その他勝手口も2ヶ所あります。

賃貸物件として考えてますが、価格次第では売却もありえます。遊歩道沿いなので近くの駐車場を借りる必要があります。
