It is about 15 minutes by car from Takasaki Station and about 10 minutes by private railway, so I think it is located in a well-balanced location between downtown Takasaki and the suburbs, and you can also commute to Tokyo by bullet train, so it is an ideal property for those who want to work in Tokyo and live in the countryside. Infrastructure such as electricity and water is also in place, so you can move in immediately. The only drawback is that kerosene is used for hot water, but if it is inconvenient, please consider switching to electric hot water. I used to use propane for gas, but

高崎駅から車で約15分、私鉄利用で約10分と高崎市街地と郊外のバランスが取れた立地だと思いますし、新幹線通勤で都内へも通えますので、仕事は都内、生活は田舎を希望されている方には理想的な物件ではないでしょうか。電気・水道等インフラも整っていますので、即入居可能です。唯一の難点は給湯に灯油利用している点ですが不便でしたら電気給湯のへお切り替えを検討下さい。ガスは以前はプロパンを利用していましたがIHへの切り替えで現在は使用しておりません。リモートワーク、時々出社、休みに家庭菜園‥この様な方に最適だと思います。

価格は要相談ですが隣地込で下記価格ならば即決します。時期も要相談ですが早ければ26年3月にはご入居頂ける様に致します。エアコン等家具はそのままお使い下さい。
