平坦地は腐葉土で土が湿っているため、かぼちゃとか、スイカなどをゴロゴロ栽培しようと考えていましたが、千葉船橋から遠い位置にあり、85歳という高齢でクルマも運転できず、家族に病人を抱えているために、遂にゴロゴロの夢を実現できず手放すことにしました。とにかく起伏にとんだ夢のような世界です。難を言えば平坦地が道路より低い位置にあるため、車で降りることができないということです。行きどまりの道路ですが道路の端に止めるしかありません。

地型は、ほぼ正三角形に近い物件です。敷地内には高さ数十メートルに及ぶブナや松の木が数十本天に聳え立っています。真夏の熱射を遮るのにぴったりです。こまめに手入れをして道路から下の平坦地に向け階段を付ければ最高のお洒落な別荘地にに仕上がります。周囲にはまばらに別荘が建っています。この辺りは那須高原400区画の大型分譲地として売り出されたもので,売り出し価格は建物付きで平成に入り2,600万円~4,000万円と聞いています。

近くの住民の話ではコロナ禍の影響で、この地に避難してきた人も多く、またすぐ近くに若者に人気の「矢の目ダム」があり、矢の目SUPツアー、カヌー、ボートなどもあり夏の人気スポットになっているとのこと。

45年前、私の父が温泉付き別荘地として分譲していた当地を地続きで2筆購入しました。木造2階建て家屋を建てて、週末温泉ライフを家族で満喫しました。家屋が経年劣化で修繕が必要になってきた頃、別荘管理会社が倒産して温泉が使えなくなったため足が遠のき、廃屋化の後に更地にし、現在に至ります。

別荘の家屋があった頃、部屋の場所によっては日光江戸村の館内放送や迷路を走る人の足音が家まで聞こえてきたくらい、日光江戸村至近距離の環境です。観光の拠点とするにも便利な場所ですので、セカンドハウスの建設地としていかがでしょう。

現在、更地です。定期的に除草はお願いしてありますのできれいな状態です。日光江戸村至近距離で、観光利用に便利です。現在は、温泉を提供する設備はありませんが、住宅地ですので水道設備は問題ないです。(配管は劣化している可能性はあります)ガスはプロパンガスとの契約になるかと思います。(家屋があった頃はそうしておりました)管理会社は倒産し解散しておりますので別荘地としての縛りや管理対応はありません。単なる住宅建築可能な土地とお考え下さい。写真は、家族も20年以上現地を訪れておらず、手元にありません。遠方のため、今後も現地へ行く予定は内覧対応以外ではありません。
