45 years ago, my father purchased two contiguous plots of land in this area, which he developed as a hot spring resort. We built a two-story wooden house and enjoyed weekend hot spring life with the family. When the house began to deteriorate over time and required repairs, the resort management company went bankrupt, and the hot spring became unusable, leading to a decline in visits. After the house fell into disrepair, the land was cleared, and this is where we stand now.

When the villa was still standing, depending on the room's location, you could hear the announcements from Edo Wonderland Nikko and the footsteps of people running through the maze, as it was very close to Edo Wonderland Nikko. 45年前、私の父が温泉付き別荘地として分譲していた当地を地続きで2筆購入しました。木造2階建て家屋を建てて、週末温泉ライフを家族で満喫しました。家屋が経年劣化で修繕が必要になってきた頃、別荘管理会社が倒産して温泉が使えなくなったため足が遠のき、廃屋化の後に更地にし、現在に至ります。

別荘の家屋があった頃、部屋の場所によっては日光江戸村の館内放送や迷路を走る人の足音が家まで聞こえてきたくらい、日光江戸村至近距離の環境です。観光の拠点とするにも便利な場所ですので、セカンドハウスの建設地としていかがでしょう。

現在、更地です。定期的に除草はお願いしてありますのできれいな状態です。日光江戸村至近距離で、観光利用に便利です。現在は、温泉を提供する設備はありませんが、住宅地ですので水道設備は問題ないです。(配管は劣化している可能性はあります)ガスはプロパンガスとの契約になるかと思います。(家屋があった頃はそうしておりました)管理会社は倒産し解散しておりますので別荘地としての縛りや管理対応はありません。単なる住宅建築可能な土地とお考え下さい。写真は、家族も20年以上現地を訪れておらず、手元にありません。遠方のため、今後も現地へ行く予定は内覧対応以外ではありません。
