しかし簡単にそんなことを言ってみたものの、実際どうすればいいのか。これ以上、何をうねらせたらいいのか、そんな絡まった僕の妄想のうねりをすっと解いてくれるのがこの眺望。最上階4階の眺めは、都会の中ではありがたい、スコッと抜け感があります。

現在、壁は最小限に削り取られたワンルーム。現在は半分倉庫のように荷物が積み上げられていますが、玄関との間は収納棚で仕切られています。簡単に同じように家具で仕切っていくのもよし。

大きく手を入れたいのは水まわりでしょうか。キッチンや浴室、トイレ、洗面とそれぞれそろそろ更新してもいい頃。しかしこれらも使えないものではなさそうなので、引き続きキレイに表層だけ手を入れるのもいいかもしれません。
