This land was purchased in 1987 with the intention of building my own house someday. However, at that time, I was busy with work and it was far from my workplace (near my current residence in Chofu), so I thought I would build a designer house after retirement. I also considered that one of my children might use it to build a house someday. However, after retirement, family circumstances changed, and my children left Tokyo, making it zero possibility for them to build a house on this land. Considering property taxes and inheritance, I decided to sell it. However, the real estate agent judged it as land with no profitability and could not find a real estate agent willing to handle it.
