This is the land that I developed as a villa area in order to install a simple water distribution reservoir at Cape Ashuri by the Municipal Development Corporation to solve the chronic water shortage in the Ashizuri Cape area, and the rest of the land required for the water distribution reservoir. This area is located in the Ashizuri Uwakai National Park, and development permission has been granted under the above conditions, and it is unlikely that 540 tsubo of land will be developed in this area in the future.
