It is an ancestral land building. It is a sunny and idyllic environment. The roofs of kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets have collapsed. It is getting older, and renovation looks difficult. There are no special conditions. The field obtained a non-agricultural land certificate in September of the first year of Reiwa, and no farmer qualification is required. The ground has changed to a wilderness. We are planting persimmons (astringent and sweet), small summer, and shiba. Even though it is not cared for, persimmons and small summer fruits will grow. The taste is thin, but I think it will improve if you take care of it. Herbicides are sprayed regularly (1 time / about 3 months). The road from the national highway to the house is narrow in some places, but ordinary cars are allowed to pass.先祖代々の土地建物です。日当たり良くのどかな環境です。台所・風呂場・トイレの屋根が崩落しています。老朽化が進み、リフォームは困難に見えます。特別な条件はありません。畑は、令和1年9月に非農地証明書を取り、農家資格は不要です。地目は原野に変わりました。柿（渋・甘）、小夏、シバを植えています。手入れしてないにもかかわらず、柿・小夏の実がなります。味は薄いですが、手入れすれば改善するのではないでしょうか。定期的（1回/3ヶ月程度）に除草剤を散布してます。国道から家までの道路一部狭いところありますが、普通自動車は通行可です。
