Description

This land was developed by me as a resort area to resolve the chronic water shortage in the Ashizuri Cape area, and it is the remaining part of the land used for the construction of the Ashizuri Cape simple water supply reservoir by the city development corporation. This area is located within the Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park, and development permission was granted under the aforementioned conditions. It is believed that further land development of 540 tsubo in this area will not be possible in the future.

Currently, the land has been divided into six plots, each with drainage ditches prepared, but it would be best if one or two people could purchase it. The price was set at 40,000 yen per tsubo when purchased by the aforementioned corporation in 1997. As I am elderly, I would like to sell it as soon as possible. Very close to this location, about 100 meters away, is the breathtaking resort hotel Ashizuri Terume, and the 38th temple of the Shikoku Pilgrimage, Kongofukuji. The location offers a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean.
足摺岬地区の慢性的な水不足の解消に市開発公社が足摺岬簡易配水池を設置するため私が別荘地として開発した土地であり、配水池に要した土地の残りの部分。当地は足摺宇和海国立公園内にあり前記条件の元開発許可が下りたものであり今後当地区で540坪の土地開発は不可能であると思われます。

現在は土地を6区画にしてそれぞれ側溝も整備しおりますができれば1人かもしくは2人くらいに購入していただければベストです。価格は平成9年に前記公社に坪4万円で買い上げてもらってます。私も老齢ですできるだけ早く売却をしたいと思っております。当地のすぐ近く100mの所に四国最南端絶景リゾートホテル足摺テルメや四国霊場88ケ処38番札所金剛福寺があります。ロケーションは太平洋を一望できる場所にあります。

This is land inherited from my father. It is located in the center of a tourist area within the Ashizuri-Uwakai National Park, where my father had purchased the land with the intention of managing marine sports and leisure businesses.

Directly across from our land, separated by National Route 321 (Sunny Road), is the Snow Peak Tosa Shimizu Camp Field, which opened in April 2019. To the east, there is a promenade leading to the glass boat boarding area and the Ashizuri Undersea Museum "Underwater Observation Tower," just a one-minute walk away. If you walk for about five minutes along the path, passing by the souvenir shop "Umi no Bussan-kan Nagashima," you will reach the "Kochi Prefectural Ashizuri Marine Museum SATOUMI," which reopened in July 2020 and has been bustling with visitors, setting records for annual attendance.

We hope to sell the entire 1,095 tsubo of land.

Blessed with a rich natural environment, the area attracts surfers and scuba diving enthusiasts year-round, and there is a steady stream of sea fishing customers.
