Description

This is ancestral land and building. Until 1995, my grandparents lived here, and since then, it has been lent out for free to nearby residents. It has been vacant since they moved out in January 2007. I live far away, and since my son has no plans to use it in the future, I have decided to let it go as maintaining it has become physically difficult in recent years.

The environment is sunny, peaceful, and calm. However, the building has deteriorated, with the roofs of the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet having collapsed. Renovation seems difficult. There are no special conditions, so please feel free to consider it.

The field obtained a non-agricultural land certificate in September 2019, and no farmer qualifications are required. The land category has changed to wilderness. Persimmons (astringent and sweet), small summer citrus, and grass have been planted.

There is a bus route, but the number of services is limited, making travel by private car more realistic. The nearest convenience store is close, and large commercial facilities and hospitals are about 30 minutes (approximately 17 km) away by car.

先祖代々の土地建物です。1995年(平成7年)までは祖父母が暮らしており、それ以降は近隣の方に無償でお貸ししていました。2007年1月に退去されてからは空き家となっています。私自身は遠方に住んでおり、息子も将来的に利用する予定がないことから、近年は維持管理が体力的に難しくなってきたこともあり手放すことにしました。

日当たり良くのどかで穏やかな環境です。ただ建物は老朽化が進み、台所・風呂場・トイレの屋根が崩落しています。リフォームは困難に見えます。特別な条件等は設けておりませんので、自由にご検討ください。

畑は、令和1年9月に非農地証明書を取り、農家資格は不要です。地目は原野に変わりました。柿(渋・甘)、小夏、シバを植えています。

交通はバス路線がありますが、便数は限られており、自家用車での移動が現実的です。最寄りのコンビニ形式の簡易販売所までは近く、大型の商業施設や病院などは車で30分(約17km)の距離にあります。

定期的(1回/3ヶ月程度)に除草剤を散布してます。国道から家までの道路一部狭いところありますが、普通自動車は通行可です。
