We have decided to sell the property through an owner change as we have decided to move in from July 2024. We took over the property from a company we know, renovated it, and decided to move in, but we needed funds, so we decided to sell it through an owner change. It is conveniently located near commercial facilities such as cafes and bookstores, as well as schools. It may be a good idea to use it yourself after the tenant moves out in the future.
