This is a two-story wooden house that I purchased when I started working in Tsubame City in the spring of 2017. Renovated in August 2017. I used to live alone, but I decided to move in a hurry because I was worried about getting married. It's only been about a year since the renovation, but I hope to pass it on to someone I trust. (There are quite a few private bakeries, bento shops, izakayas, karaoke snacks, etc.) The hospital is also just a short drive away, so you can rest assured in case of an emergency. However, if you have up to one car, y2017年の春より燕市で勤務するにあたって購入した木造2階建の一軒家です。2017年8月にリノベーション済み。これまでひとりで住んでおりましたが、結婚を気に急遽引っ越しすることとなりました。まだリノベーションしてから1年ほどですが、どなたか信頼できる方にお譲りできればと思っております。お渡しの時期はご都合に合わせられるかと思います。サイズ感が大きすぎず、小さくも感じず絶妙です。地方の空き家は大きすぎる物件が多いと思うのですが、これくらいだと家の細かなところまで目配せできて掃除もしやすいです。燕駅まで徒歩すぐで、コンビニもセブンイレブンが燕駅近くにあります。新幹線が停まる燕三条駅までも車で5分ほどです。また、燕駅のすぐ近くには商店街もありますので、買い物にも便利です。（個人店のパン屋、お弁当屋、居酒屋、カラオケスナックなどかなり充実しています）病院も車ですぐのところにありますので、緊急時にも何かと安心です。駐車場付き物件ではありませんので近隣で借りる必要があります。ただ1台までであれば家の前の道路の道幅が広いので停められます。目の前の道は燕市ではめずらしく、消雪パイプがついております。今年の大雪の際はかなり助かりました。家は去年リノベーション済みですが、最小限のリノベーションに止めておりますので、もっと快適に住みたいという方はDIYでももちろんよいですし(壁のペンキ塗りやパテ埋めなどは一部やってみました)、業者であればもう数十万円くらいかければかなり居心地よい場所になると思います。（ちなみに、昨年のリノベーションでは総額100万円で改修しました）燕市は新幹線も停まりますし、住みやすい地方都市だと思います。はじめての田舎暮らしにも最適です。家は築60年の古民家。サイズもちょうど良いので、DIYにチャレンジするのもいいかと思います。結婚を気に急遽手放すことになりましたが、ぜひ素敵な方にお譲りできたらと思います。
