I purchased this property because I loved the wonderful scenery. I was considering turning it into a traditional farmhouse café, soba restaurant, or bakery, but due to family caregiving and my own health issues, I decided to sell. The land area is approximately 180 tsubo, and it can easily accommodate about 10 cars. You can enter right off the main road. Snow removal is manageable even in winter. There are mountains in front of the property where you can enjoy the four seasons. Additionally, since the beautiful Utsukushi Plateau is nearby, it is also recommended for purchase as a vacation home. The area is rich in nature, and the blue sky and night sky have a beauty that is not found in the city.

I visit once a month for cleaning and ventilation. I have also mowed the grass frequently. The sewer connection is already in place, so it can be used immediately. The toilet is outside and not connected. There is no bath. Currently, the electricity and water supply have been canceled. I will assist with the reactivation process, so please rest assured. 月に一度は訪れて、掃除や換気をしています。草刈りも頻繫に行いました。下水道の接続もしてありますので、すぐに使用できます。トイレは外にありまして、接続はしてありません。お風呂もありません。現在は、電気、上下水道などは解約してあります。再開時は代行で手伝いをしますのでご安心ください。残置物撤去費50万円はかかりそうですので、必要のない方は値引きします。残置物の中に、昭和以前のお宝があるかもしれません。解体工事や再建築をご検討されていましたら、ご相談ください。

築年数は90年くらいです。屋根は瓦ではないので、地震に強いと思います。ただ、再塗装は必要です。また、外・内壁で剝がれている部分はありますので、修繕工事も必要です。トイレ・風呂が室内にありません。近くに温泉（うつくしの湯）あります。2階へ、のぼる階段がありません。
