IT IS A QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA, A 2-MINUTE WALK (ABOUT 100 METERS) TO THE MIHARA COMMUNITY CENTER, ABOUT 4 MINUTES BY CAR (ABOUT 900 METERS) TO MIHARA BEACH, AND A 5-10 MINUTE DRIVE AWAY, AND THERE ARE FAMILYMARTS, LARGE SUPERMARKETS, BANKS, POST OFFICES, SCHOOLS, ETC., MAKING IT A CONVENIENT PLACE TO LIVE. You can see the sea from the room on the second floor, and you can have a BBQ in the large garden or in the vegetable garden. As for the floor plan, it is a 2-story 3LDK (Japanese 6 Western 8 / Western 10K 20) and 2 toilets. Okinawa International School (AMICUS) is located near the property, and I bought this house for my child to attend this school, but since I graduated this year, I often go to the northern part of the main island due to work, so I decided to let it go.静かな住宅地、美原公民館まで徒歩2分(約100M)・美原ビーチまで車で約4分(約900M)、車5-10分距離内に、ファミリーマート、大型スーパーマーケット、銀行、郵便局、学校などが揃い、生活便利なところです。二階部屋から海が見え、広い庭でBBQしたり、家庭菜園でもできます。間取ですが、2階建の３LDK（和６洋８/洋１０K２０）、トイレ2ヶ所となります。沖縄国際学校（AMICUS）は物件の近くにあります、子供はこの学校に通学のため、こちらの家を購入したが、今年卒業したから、また仕事の関係でよく本島北部に行くので、手放すことになりました。
