This is my father's family home. My father became independent over 60 years ago, but after that, my grandparents and tenants lived here until around 2018. However, it is quite far from our current residence in Kanagawa Prefecture, and the house is not livable. Neither my father nor I have any intention of returning. Furthermore, it seems that it would cost about 2 million yen to demolish the building.
