Located in the northern part of Wakayama Prefecture, KINOKAWA City is adjacent to Wakayama City, the prefectural capital, to the west and Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture, where Kansai Airport is located, to the north. The city has good access to various areas in Japan and abroad, Kinki University is nearby, and the young people are said to be very active. Taking full advantage of its mild climate and abundant water resources, the city produces a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, and other agricultural products. It is also one of the nation's leading fruit-growing areas, and harvests of seasonal fruits such as the famous "Arakawa peaches," hassaku, figs, and strawberries are available throughout the year. For new farmers, there is a farmer support program called the "KINOKAWA Agriculture College Program. After my grandfather passed away, the old house was demolished and the land was cleared. Since it is a cleared lot, various things can be considered, such as storage rental by installing containers, using modular houses and prefabricated houses as offices and classrooms, and using it as a field. The neighboring land is said to be sold for 90,000 to 100,000 yen per tsubo. The old townscape has been demolished and the area is being newly marketed as a subdivision. For transportation, it is a 3-minute walk from Hikata on the Wakayama Bus, a 13-minute train ride from JR Wakayama Station to Kainan Station, and a 10-minute walk from the station. 隣接土地の販売金額は、坪9~10万円だそうです。古い町並みが解体され、分譲地として新たに売り出されている地域です。交通は、和歌山バス日方より徒歩3分、JR和歌山駅から海南駅まで電車で13分、駅から徒歩で10分圏内です。商店街・海南医療センター(総合病院)まで徒歩10分、スーパーマーケットまで徒歩3分、生活するには便利で落ち着いた住宅街です。旧市街地のため全般的に道路が狭いです。土地の前面道路の幅は1.7mです。上水道、電気、ガスは引き込み可能です。この地域に下水道はありません。
