This property was damaged by the tsunami caused by the 2011 earthquake. It is now a vacant lot, but before the earthquake, there was a two-story house and I lived there. After the earthquake, I lived outside the prefecture and have no plans to return to Arahama, so I asked a real estate agent to advertise the property for sale, but I was unable to sell it and have been stuck there ever since. Since I live quite far from Miyagi Prefecture, I ask my relatives to manage the property, but it seems that it is not well maintained and the grass is growing everywhere. Whether I build a house or a store and use it, I hope that I can communicate well with the neighboring residents, restaurants, associations, etc. The property is located in Watari, but it is close to the sea and was damaged by the tsunami. It is an uneasy place to build a house and live there. The area is focusing on tourism as part of its reconstruction, and it seems that they are planning and holding the construction of facilities and events. The road in front is about 11m wide, the land is on a corner, and I think it would be a good place to use it for a store or warehouse. There is no private road fee and it is flat. Lif2011年の地震の津波により被災しました。現在は更地となっていますが、震災前は2階建ての家があり住んでいました。震災後は県外に居住しており荒浜に戻る予定もなく、不動産屋に頼んで売却広告を出していましたが、売却できず現在に至ります。宮城県よりかなり離れた場所に住んでいるため管理は親戚に頼んでいますが、手入れはあまりされておらず草が生え放題になっているようです。住宅を建てる場合も店舗などを建てて利用する場合にも近隣住人、飲食店、組合などと良好なコミュニケーションをとっていただいて利用することを希望します。場所は亘理でも海に近く津波により被災しています。住宅を建てて暮らすには不安な場所です。同地区は復興として観光に力を入れており、施設の建設やイベントを企画開催しているようです。前面の道路は約11m、土地は角地にあり、店舗や倉庫などに利用するのにも良い場所だと思います。私道負担はなしで、平坦地です。ライフラインは上水道、プロパンガス、電気、汚水は浄化槽を使用です。
