In 1988 (Showa 63), Sumitomo Real Estate developed this area in Izumidai, Yachimata City, Chiba Prefecture. My father purchased two parcels of land here for ¥22,900,000. I am posting on his behalf because he is elderly. He is 86 years old and would like to sell as soon as possible.
