Description

Located in the southwestern part of Yakushima. Access is 40 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes by car from the Awa Port where high-speed boats arrive and depart. The land is situated between a prefectural road and the sea, with a building area limit of 70% of the site area (1,872㎡) and a total floor area of 400% (10,696㎡) based on the purchase figures. The land category is miscellaneous land, and it is outside the urban planning area. Although there are no utilities running to this land, there was a company office about a 3-minute walk away, so utilities should be available up to that point.

I purchased this land in 1990 and have been considering doing something with it, but I have not taken any action until today. Since I have no definite vision for the future, I am considering selling it. There are signs of illegal dumping of a small amount of leftover soil and debris during a period when I neglected to check the local situation.

1990年に購入し、この場所で何かしたいと考えていましたが、実行に移すことなく今日に至っております。今後のビジョンも未定なので売却を検討しています。現地状況確認を暫く怠っていた時期に若干量の残土と廃材らしき物を不法投棄された形跡があります。
