This two-story wooden building is located along the rotary at the north exit of Nagaura Station. It was once used as a Japanese restaurant and a venue for celebrations. This is a new elevated dome-shaped permanent tent house (made by Pacific Yates, Oregon, USA). A permanent circular dome-shaped tent house for year-round living. It was built on a large site in the Tateshina Plateau and has been used for various purposes. At one time, we planned to sell this building and asked to be featured in this column, but over the past few months, we have experienced how comfortable and easy it is to use, so we have given up on the idea of selling it. As an alternative, we have decided to build a new one on a nearby site and give it to anyone who is interested. The price has been set almost the same as the set price for selling the old building. The interior space is a circular dome with a high ceiling. Several separate floor plans and spaces can be created. The residence capacity is about four people. Air conditioners, water heaters, kitchens, showers, toilets, etc. can be installed (separate construction). A parking space can be provided next to the building. The delivery period is approximately three months after the contract is signed. Small passenger cars and light trucks are essential as a means of transportation from this area. In the case of short-ter新築高床式ドーム型恒久テントハウス(米国オレゴン州パシフィックヤーツ製)です。円形ドーム式の年間居住用を目的とした恒久型のテントハウス。蓼科高原の広い敷地内に建設して、各種用途に供してきました。一時期、この建物の売却を予定して本欄への掲載をお願いしてきましたが、ここ数ヶ月の間に、余りの快適さと使い勝手の良さを体験して、売却譲渡を断念しました。この代替として、近隣用地に新規なものを建設し、ご希望の方にお譲りすることにしました。価格は、旧建物売却設定価格とほぼ同一に設定しました。内部空間は、天井階高のある円形ドームです。いくつかに分けた間取りや空間を造ることができます。居住人数は4名程度です。空調機・湯沸かし器・キッチン・シャワー・トイレなどの取り付けが可能です(別途工事)。建物脇に駐車スペースを用意できます。受渡期間として、契約締結後のおよそ3ヶ月を頂きます。小型乗用車・軽トラック等は、当地からの移動手段として必須です。定住ではない短期繰返し利用の場合には、電気・ガス・水道などの重装備な工事は不要でしょう(ご相談下さい)。居住スペース近辺の除草作業・倒木処理・除雪作業などは、自己責任の枠内です。隣接する市道の除雪作業は、茅野市が実施します。犬・猫・鳥などの動物との共住は可能です。
