This is the land where my father grew up. He is over 90 and lives separately in Aichi, so we are unable to use the land and would like to dispose of it. About two years ago the inheritance was settled in favor of my father (the eldest son), and the old house, which was at risk of collapse, was demolished; the site is now vacant land.
