The property was purchased in 2005 and has two buildings. After purchase, it was used as a rental property, but it was evicted in May 2010 and May 2022, and both are currently vacant. I considered renting it out again after the renovation, but I would like to sell it because I live far away and it is difficult to deal with. We are always available.
There are two buildings, and it is possible to live in one house and renovate the other house leisurely by DIY. In addition, it is built on a hill and has a spacious view. However, since the building is old and one of the houses has been moved out for many years, I think that it will take a certain amount of money and effort to renovate it. The toilet is flush, but it is Japanese-style. There is no parking lot. If necessary, rent a nearby parking lot. 二軒分の建屋があり、一軒に住みながら、もう一軒をDIYでのんびりとリフォームすることも可能です。また高台に建っており、広々とした景色が広がります。ただ、築年数がたっていること、一軒は退去後に年数が経っているため、手直しには、それなりに費用または手間がかかると思います。トイレは水洗ですが和式です。駐車場はありません。必要な場合は近隣の駐車場を借りてください。共有道路の名義はありますが、2mの接道義務を満たしていないため、再建築は不可となります。
