In February 2023, I purchased a vacant house as a second home and spent over 6 million yen on a full renovation. I had planned to use it as a hobby house, but after the renewal, I found the rooms to be very spacious, and I realized I couldn't fully utilize it, so I decided to sell it.

The house has been renovated while retaining the atmosphere of an old folk house, resulting in a very nostalgic finish. It has good ventilation, making it cool even in summer. The back of the property has a slight cliff (the land here is elevated) with dense trees, so it might feel a bit scary at night. The layout includes 5DK and a 4.5-tatami mat dirt floor. Here, you can comfortably keep large dogs and other pets, so I would love for large families to make use of it. There is also parking space for one vehicle.
