In February 2023, I purchased a vacant house as a second home and spent over 6 million yen on a full renovation. I had planned to use it as a hobby house, but after the renewal, I found the rooms to be very spacious, and I realized I couldn't fully utilize it, so I decided to sell it.

The house has been renovated while retaining the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house, resulting in a very nostalgic finish. It has good ventilation, making it cool even in summer. The back of the property has a slight cliff (the land here is elevated) with dense trees, so it might feel a bit scary at night. The layout includes 5DK and a 4.5-tatami mat space. This space is suitable for large dogs and other pets, so I would love for a large family to make use of it. There is also parking space for one vehicle.

Here is the renovation history: In 2020, the water heater, first-floor toilet, and independent washbasin were replaced. 交通に関しては、JR天王台駅徒歩20分、東我孫子駅徒歩15分と若干遠いですが、電車に乗ると約1時間で東京駅までアプローチできます。天王台駅からはバスも出ており、バス停からは徒歩6分です。小学校も近く、生活利便施設も充実しています。下記の価格を希望していますが、ご相談に応じます。売却時期は2023年中を希望します。
