In February 2023, I purchased a vacant house as a second home and spent over 6 million yen on a full renovation. I had planned to use it as a hobby house, but after the renewal, I found the rooms to be very spacious and realized I couldn't fully utilize it, so I decided to sell it this time.

The house has been renovated while retaining the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese house, resulting in a very nostalgic finish. It has good ventilation and can be cool even in summer.
